Not only are you spilling this crap at the USWM page but also here. Stop being so bitter about not getting the job and move on with your life. You act like you're the one that will be paying $1,700 a week out of pocket.

Us world meds priced the drug. Not Valeant. They have been prepping mhc for year. Already covered on state Medicaids and 90% commercial. 3 studies via The Medical Letter ? Probably crap and definetly not published. The Medical Letter is biggest joke in pharma. Editor is major liberal and industry joke. And if other options do great why is there an opioid epidemic and addiction issues?? Will it fix problem-nope. But another tool for pain docs who are already calling pharmacies to stock. Learn the environment or go back to enterprise wise one

QUOTE="anonymous, post: 6085461"]what is a big issue is $1,700 a week when Clonidine is $1 and in three comparison studies both showed equal efficacy. Feel sorry for you guys having to co-promote an old, me-too drug with a price that is ridiculous. Will be a short co-promote when they realize no one will try their "rare disease" priced POS.o_Oo_O[/QUOTE]

i am not a "wise one" but I do know this marketplace and you will have a huge failure at launch. Not even your boy Obama could help you with this one, so you go out and prove me wrong. Maybe the only rep that will get any one to use is the guy/gal in Louisville, but kool-aid tastes good in the hot summer heat, keep swigging away mister "wise one".

$240 a pill most people for an old, cheap as dirt antihypertensive. and you wonder why people hate "big pharma" when you try and justify the price. Some 'executive" actually believes it is worth $1,700 a week. Can't wait to see who are speakers and go out and say it is worth the price, what a joke.

Pain launched August 6. Off to good start. Docs are excited to try. Stocking is issue with most launches but mhc has approved pretty easily

Leave it to Valeant to jack the price through the roof. Same company that took an old lead pointing treatment that cost under $100 and increased the price to more than $20,000. "Because we can." Assholes.

um. Drugs cost money to research, source, develop...make and manufacture. You’re a rep. You should get that.

waa waaaaa waaa Hondas only cost $5,000 to make why do they sell them for $20,000 waaa waaaa waaaa go work in non profit if you don’t like drug prices

Yeah right. First approved in 1980 as a high blood pressure treatment. Approved in England in 1992 for relief of opioid withdrawal. I’m sure Valeant spent a fortune on this 26 year old “breakthrough.” It’s a branded generic priced like a new class agent. Pearson would be proud.

Bausch didn’t develop or price the drug moron. And not first time a drug developed for one thing and discovered to do something else. Don’t u know those blue pills u need to unlimp u was for hair growth?

Let’s be real. The price is high because this is a promotuon between two companies that split the profits. The two companies need to make it worth while so they jack up the price. Another reason for absurd prices in this industry. Mark wouldn’t have accepted a deal where the price was low. It’s disappointing because the industry lacks ethics- someone is addicted to pain pills and a solution is to sell a generic drug that is priced out of control. I left salix recently because I couldn’t look at myself anymore. Money was great but my sales slipped because I couldn’t take the ripping from doctors anymore. Good luck with the launch but if you don’t think 1700 per bottle is crazy, you are fooling yourself to help you sleep at night. I couldn’t take it Anymore. I’m sure I’ll take a beating by sales management who looks at this site but salix has lost its morals.
