Abbott Nutrition for sale?

Has anyone heard that the nutrition division is being shopped? Rumor keeps popping up

Fact: AN has been discontinuing entire product brands - EAS is gone. Also some C-level execs have been fired - the CIO was fired two months ago.

Either they are prepping for a sale (cutting costs to show profitability on paper to attract buyers), or are just learning AN down as the starting point of a comprehensive overhaul/turnaround

I am at the Park in Chicago - heard bonus payout was minimal in 2018.

 

I guess you didn't read the WSJ article this morning.

 

Company is in very good shape. The 4 main divisions are firing on all cylinders. Stock should be $70-$73 by December.
