There has been a mini van parked outside next to my house for 3 days now. It's parked directly so I pass it every time I pull into my driveway. None of my neighbors seem to know who's it is. And what's wierd is the review mirror looks like it has a camera on it? Can I report this car? Companies wouldn't go to such lengths to check on the employees? Would they???

I doubt it! I would call the police and report the abandoned van.

this is not how it is done. when someone at AZ wants you out, they don't need to hire an ID to catch you breaking one of their thousands of company policies. they can check your activity reports, gas receipts, expense receipts and put a nice paper trail together to prove you are not working or faking calls.

In the old ICI days the DM and regional manager would follow reps.

It starts when your DM takes a dislike to you or suspects you are skipping work days.
People who cheat get more and more careless and their mistakes lead to termination. It has played out thousands of times in Pharma not just AZ. Record a call on a Dr. that was on leave or a gas receipt miles from your territory during working hours. They will catch you when they want you gone.

The van is part of the AstraZeneca compliance department staffed by over 27,000 individuals in 17,237 white vans traveling the country to video tape the driveways of AstraZeneca sales professionals. Once captured on tape the AstraZeneca investigative department staffed by over 4200 individual monitors will review these tapes to calculate the time of departure each morning and the elapsed hours to evening return. These calculations are forwarded to the AstraZeneca observation department staffed by over 500 trained professionals who travel to representatives homes during the uninhabited daylight hours to set up video and electronic surveillance in targeted representatives dwellings. AstraZeneca captures video tape of at home activities and records all incoming and outgoing phone calls to determine the extent of adherence to at home training and sales reporting.

When you get home, check the smoke alarms and HVAC vents in your home for cameras and recording devices. It is very likely that you are under surveillance. If you do not find these devices it is likely that passive remote recording from overhead drones is underway. Make sure you scan the sky to identify which drones are watching you and your house.

If has been shown that aluminum foil can disrupt signal collection. Your best protection is to line the inside of a baseball cap with aluminum foil. Wearing the cap, both at home and on the road, can be a first line of defence. While undetectable by others this simple step can prevent AstraZeneca from recording your thoughts without your permission.

HR insider here...this is all true and confirmed. What’s embarrassing is that our most tightly held secrets shows up on CP. Just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean we’re not out to get you...

Nope, just a staff of biased and unprofessional human resources people who do the manager's bidding. If someone in management wants you gone then nothing you say or do can save you. It is best to simply give in and request a mutual separation deal.

Notice that when the FBI demotes someone and hopes they will resign out of embarrassment, they send them to H.R. Many corporations do the same thing.
So should we wonder that our H.R. dept. is so full of incompetent losers?

What amazes me is the time and effort you took to compose this post! WOW

There have been many many lawsuits brought and settlements made as a result of the unprofessional behavior within the human resources dept. The unpublished results do to confidentiality agreements do not hide the embarrassment and huge financial loses for AZ.

It is in the millions of dollars. Many for discrimination, perjury, and witness tampering. Sound familiar?
