    Graduated college in 1989, a white male. I never made it to management in this industry thanks to diversity hiring. After years of watching many many incompetent diversity candidates promoted into management I then decided to leave this industry. Now many of you will know who I am, because I went into IT Sales. After 16 months I was promoted to your equivalent of a DM. 18 months later I am the VP over the Western U.S. . Why I wasted so many years working for small minds is beyond me. BTW, not all diversity candidates are train wrecks. It has become an entitlement in your industry which is leading to it’s ruination.

    Are you seriously comparing diversity hiring at foot soldier level to that of a CEO? Brainless and supports the statement above it.
     
  3. I just finished my interview with another company but the position starts in 7 weeks. So I will put on my corporate face and do the minimum to stay off the radar but my happy ass is gone. Please more Webex programs and conference calls.;)

    Management has taught be to hate my job and to dread ride work days! I hate this job and I am only here for the paycheck.

    LMFAO, I had the “pleasure” of working with Dave Eyl several years ago at LifeScan, he shouldn’t be working for J&J, rather “Trump”, as he’s a narcissistic bully who sleeps around and manages to stick around regardless of countless calls to HR. I can’t imagine how many people have quit on his clock, and he continues to work his majic there, oh wait, didn’t he sleep with someone in HR a while back, so his
    d—k is covered. He has unrealistic expectations and bullies people to get them to quit. A real asshole who even claims to be a Christian! I don’t know how he can even sleep at night, then again with no conscience he probably sleeps better than most.
