I think you have it backwards Habib. The shareholders determine if the price offered is acceptable and tell management to accept or decline to hold out for more.

The problem or saving grace depending on which side you are on is that there is no way Acorda brings the valuation management believes exists and shareholders aren’t looking to simply break even. That said some may be fed up enough to just get their money back and move on.

The launch of inhaled LD in October won’t replace lost Ampyra revenue so you are at best flat. The rest of the “pipeline” is not going to see the light of day for years.

You will be lucky to see a reasonable sale. I’d start looking at some arrogant VC with more money than sense to take over.

Inhaled LD is neither a blockbuster or a need for the vast majority of PD patients. Just because you have a different delivery does not even make it innovative. It’s an excuse to bring a known molecule forward with minimum risk and charge a premium. So far, Ron has managed to screw that up as well.

As for your mystery compound that will bring the world to its knees, that is utterly laughable. You do realize that any advancement in a publicly traded company would have to be disclosed? If not, enjoy the lawsuits.

Even a privately held company would have to disclose trial information as a molecule advances closer to filing.

If your goal is to sway and influence people, try working with facts.
