The next program to scrap is the KAM program you read it here first. The sales talent lost and lab experience along with it isn’t replaceable the req count will continue to decline as will the organization. Pat you understand costs but don’t understand sales or people you have some growth opportunities to bad your not approachable.

    Really?
BH has been getting rid of good reps and thinking they coud put anyone in there to keep the business for at least five years. That's just the way it is. They don't think relationships matter. If you don't like it there are good competitors out there. start interviewing.
And the last sales rep to leave she was not that great!

We are no where near the weekly January goal was 1,000 reqs per day we are at 850 and falling. Pat is already practicing his speech in January 2019 to the sales force that will include insights such as we really wanted less volume and reps making less money is actually good for the next 20 years of the company, turnover while very high is very healthy and the KAM program in 2022 should be what carries us into the future.

Try not to get upset Pat i can handle this. Guys nothing to worry about. Volumes are way way up. Comp is heading way way way up. Employee resignations are at all time lows. Nothing to see here. Sincerely Troy.

Big Big problems with the quota scam. We were all sold a bunch of bs. If you have issues....there’s a “committee “ to review it. Crickets.....no committee, no review. Bonus’s are tiny compared to last year. Reps have been totally screwed. Several more resignations on the way. Great job Pat !

Wrong! This was a top representative, in fact one of the best performers over the past years. How would you know pal you pass judgment on someone making twice what you are? Hey enjoy your 80k and 1,000. per month bonus you really are special! You are the type of representative that Boston needs and better yet wait until January when Pat goes through the new plan with you and you make even less. It has been mentioned he won’t even be at the kickoff meeting because he doesn’t want to face the sales force.

Word is Pat may not even be at the meeting because he won't be here. It's just not working out with him, bad fit.

My recruiter says she knows for a fact we have a top manager in the process right now and is fairly close to leaving.

The January kickoff meeting should be filmed by The Comedy Channel. Troy will cover the following highlights of 2018 (Pat won’t attend)
    1. Turnover through the roof
    2. Moral Inside and Outside Framingham at an all time low.
    3. The KAM program with no sales but great prospects.
    4. Sales volume down 20% from prior year
    5. Billing changes not even communicated to the sales force.
    6. If I were you Troy try to avoid talking about bonus opportunities I doubt if you have to much credibility after you tackle the first 5 topics.
    Hey no spin allowed!
Next time you look for a job do some home work

They will both be gone by January. Things are ugly, Euroweanies will bring in 2 new losers fairly soon Id bet.

    7. No money for dinner programs or tradeshows
    8. Unrealistic quotas that no one can reach
    9. Dramatic decreases in bonus over last year
