she got a new territory created for her when she needed to move last year....she ended up not being happy with that so they gave her a different job altogether.....must be nice to be one of the chosen people

 

knew you had to be friends w/ML to get anywhere/anything.....didn’t think VP had any friends

 

V doesn’t but he hired his entire family. ML hired all his buddies and promotes them along with girls with particular talents. He really is invested in this latest one. She threatens to quit and gets promoted. Must be very talented. This should be an issue with ethics and compliance but that is also monitored by ML know matter what is said and is a quick trip out the door to the first person dumb enough to turn this in. It’s inequality and biased at its core which is our culture

 

AP is spot on. And he has JR in HR right in his back pocket so she turns a blind eye to everything. If you do speak up expect to be managed out.

ML did his usual and started a new job and got one of his best hoes to fill it. No interviewing process or equal opportunity at all. Nothing really new. Happens about every month. JP GO got jobs they didn’t have the credentials for, but what do u expect out of our fearless leader. If you have actual experience but aren’t following ML around like a bi**h at the meetings u have no chance here

Qualifications up the wazoo, loyal and thinking good honest hard work and initiative is gonna cut it. No. Hell no. Add a few yrs, some pounds and said Lil miss will railroad you to the curb. You even mentored her? Expect that she will bury you, while fluttering her false eyelashes.

 

why was GO demoted

 

MG in west zone threatened to quit again so a position was made for her to help GO. Has no experience with specialty pharmacy and B/B. Job was never listed

 

I don’t understand her value or what she can possibly bring to the table. She is literally a seat filler but someone (cough cough seems to really like her

So does anyone think this new group ML was referencing on his last call is actually going to be able to accomplish anything or is it just for show?

If you weren’t on the call there is a group of CLs that get to revamp the sip and compensation plan. Or atleast are going to be allowed to give input.

Apparently CM is in charge and he is picking some other CLs to put together a potential plan. No clue who is on the team but I’m just not sure this is something real or just a show. Fingers crossed
