When is Novartis going to hire the new MS team

I understand the 10% of internal sales force has been hired away from Migraine, but what is the time line to fill the rest of the positions? Also when is there projected start date?

Start dates 9/4, 9/17
live training 10/15-10/19

 

Micromanagment 10/22 - until you leave
being pissed at bonus 12/17 - until you leave
Code of conduct training 10/1 - so often your head will explode
Realizing you made the biggest career mistake 9/5 or 9/18

I heard the new MS sales force
will only be 68 reps nationwide.

 

was told start date would be Oct 1st
So would assume offers go out
early Sept ????

 

I interviewed 2 weeks ago face to face, have not heard anything either way from anybody

 

That is the place to be. Good to have a small division.

 

The company and division is definitely not the place to be. Don't be sold by HR or management. It doesn't matter if the division is 2 people or 2000 people. Micromanagement is out of control. Read the headlines about the company. Do you want to answer questions from the physicians about how the Michael Cohen situation is proceeding? If the Hooters lawsuit is settled? What is going on in Greece? The goal is to have educated discussions with the customers not have to answer questions about bad behavior.
