I think Braintree reps are younger and make less. Sebela was paid more like a pharma sales force. You don’t need a pharma sales force to sell the products they have- not much of a scientific sale. They just need bodies to deliver samples and lunch. That’s who they kept. The pipeline is mostly nonscience products. Easy sell. They weren’t looking at sales results when making decisions in who to let go. All the top reps are gone as well as everyone else who made a pharm rep salary. This was all about money. Can’t blame them for that. Blood bath for sure. Were any managers let go?
It was done in the most classless way too. Layoffs are never handled well, but the way in which it was handed down and the timing of it has made me lose all respect for corporate and leadership. I’ll be looking elsewhere now. Good luck to all.
I know that a manager in GI was demoted back to rep level, which she has been twice now. Can’t imagine that she’s going to stick around very long. Wasn’t a good rep or manager.
Do not even think of working at Sebela. Even if you need a job. Two restructures in less than a year.people joined the company for the stock options that are pretty much worthless. The only thing Autumn and Scott care about is their option, which is .08 per share. This option also expires in 2020, so if you weren’t laid off yet you will be by then.

I bet you totally killed it and that’s why you got fired. You were so good at your job and sold so much that you got canned. They kept the rest of the top performers except you because you intimidated them with all your drug rep talent. You’re so talented that you can’t find a new job and you spend your days at home in sweatpants posting on message boards. You are right you are not a Scott you are a dickhead. So dickhead how does it feel to work for a company where people were so pissed off that they just walked away from it knowing it was and is a diaster. Its only a question of time before your washing dishes at Applebbe's dickhead or pumping gas on the turnpike. What I realized from this whole mess is how much I was being underpaid and underappreciated. So go to work and make all the people that will eventually screw you lots of mone that you will never see. Geoff, I’m proud of you for waking up this morning. That’s a big step in the right direction. I wish you were more creative and brought new material. The Applebees thing was mine and you can’t just take it and pretend you thought of it. You should really relax and move on. If you were under appreciated and underpaid then you’re better off not being here. I’m sure your next opportunity will be a home run and that’ll really show Scott and Autumn.
