If yes can you share the name of your attorney or recommend a good law office?

Please let me know when you find one

    Mine is for retaliation
And I don’t want to give my identity away by giving more info
But this is the most unethical pharma company I have ever seen and I have done this for a while

whistle while you work. Plenty of stuff the DOJ would love to get their hands on.

My advice is to send an email to the leadership team that highlights the unethical actions and anything that may be border line illegal. This will ensure that they take action and they can not fire you for it. if they do you have an excellent case.

If you’re not a protected class...GoodLuck to you and I’m very serious. I wish you the best because attorneys would be willing to help you pro bono if you are. It’s not right, but even if you’re willing to pay, the odds are stacked against you if you’re a regular Joe or Jane.

I was over 50 and couldn't get anywhere. Attorneys must be good here.

We all know there’s age discrimination and technically...yes, but like having veterans status or being female, you’re not in the protected zone so to speak.
Race, creed, religion, and sexual preference are usually stronger cases.
If you can double up on one or more of these... Hispanic females are triple minorities for instance; you have race, creed, and gender in your corner. If you’re a minority male and LGBTQ..., you’ll be taken very seriously.
Sadly, it’s not about proof of being wrongfully terminated because most states have right to work laws. It becomes more focused around claims from double or maybe triple minorities than about wrong doing. It’s gotten to where it doesn’t make sense anymore and this is by design.
Companies are not hiring and protecting the best talent. They are hiring and protecting those that would provide them with additional tax credits and give the image of the EEOC PC.
