    Amgen’s Enbrel works on TNF receptor and Abbvie Humira works in TNF ligand.

    Guess which product has more
    sales?

    If Humira does better in certain areas, it's only because it's only twice a month. Derm patients want 2 injections a mo vs. 4.

    Amgen's doesn't block CGRP. Amgen only blocks CGRP receptor--clear advantage.

    What does this advantage translate into?

    Better efficacy? Nope they all look the same

    Better safety - nope - that too looks the same?


    What is this magical advantage or have you spent too much time licking your DMs ass?

    The others may block CGRP that a Dr. wasn't want blocked. Do your research skippy.
