Leslie will definitely be missed. He was a very nice person. Maybe they can replace him with someone that has only been practicing law for 1 year or do they only do that with Arbor managers?

Glad to hear he left. I think he is one of the few that actually has integrity that worked at Arbor. Good for him to get out. He is better than Arbor.
The rest of the legal department seems like they came from the public defender’s office straight to Arbor.
Anyone recall the prison gang rape story that was given as part of a compliance presentation? How crazy was that???
    How fucked are they now?

He knows that some serious legal stuff against Arbor is about to happen!

It would be nice to release all of his knowledge to the OIG

People that have been here for a while tell me that Arbor does everything in secrecy. Behind closed doors, they plan their attack....on their own people.

There are a few others left. They have just been shut out off anyone recognizing them.

I totally forgot about the rape story. That was unbelievable.

It was totally unbelievable. How does HR see that and not stop it? Oh...it’s because they are out to lunch as well. And when a product manager clearly doesn’t even have a remote idea what fair balance is because she’s been in pharma for about a minute and clearly doesn’t care about the rules of compliance. Even better that she makes up an answer when asked how to provide fair balance and tells us to spin it make the side effects seem like a benefit. Not the right answer girl!
It’s all going to come home to roost one day and it’s going to be a mess.

Download all your emails. The OIG will love to get their hands on what I’ve got.

If anyone knows what’s going down at a company...it’s the lawyers! Especially true that they would know about any potential IPO since they would be doing a lot of the work.
So if Arbor was anywhere close to that happening does anyone think he would walk away now? You know he was likely issued a load of them.
That shit ain’t happening or it’s going to be a total bust.

You just hit the nail on the head right there! Think about it guys-- if a TM that joined a year or two ago gets 3000 Shares and Managers get 20000 shares of PRE IPO Stock- How many shares do you think a guard dog lawyer that keeps their ass out of trouble gets? Obviously WAY more! Leslie left what??? In late august? September?? right when they were switching everyone over to FAVR??? well, guess what- in some states, they are not suppose to track us- I just learned from a lawyer that GPS tracking is a very touchy topic for business and if not done right can bring them lots of trouble... In some states its even a misdemeanor. Check this list of list out.
