    The Director, Consumer Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing consumer strategies, tactics and initiatives that maximize patient engagement and drive Cologuard growth. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Develop Consumer strategic and tactical Operating Plan and gain alignment with co-promote partner
    • Evolve Cologuard’s DTC campaign, including identification of new patient insights, definition of patient journey, development of TV ads and evolution of celebrity endorsement (currently Harry Connick Jr.), and definition of brand sponsorship strategy. Note: as this product is a diagnostic test, traditional pharma Rx principles do not apply
    • Hire, onboard and manage new consumer agencies
    • Partner with Media team to develop and execute brand media plans (Pfizer has sole accountability across the alliance)
    • Ensure insights, messaging and creative opportunities are maximized across the media mix
    • Develop and activate an integrated consumer strategy across disciplines. Ensure appropriate synergies and alignment across channels (e.g. HCP, patient experience, digital, CRM, etc.)
    • Measure the impact of marketing initiatives, generate early learnings, drive continuous improvement and develop business cases to advance the brand’s patient activation model
    • Develop strong partnership with Exact Sciences co-promote alliance and effectively manage the patient strategy in partnership with Exact patient team

    gotten nowhere? The most successful diagnostic launch in history. Stock went from $6 to $75. My quota Q1 2015 was 75 and this quarter is close to 2,000.
