401k is excellent

 

The 401K is only excellent if you stay long
Enough for it to vest

No one does

 

benefits decent
Get off Xmas week and
4th of July week which are nice perks
Target Bonus though is unreachable
(10k per Quarter they will tell you)
But only 3 reps out of 200 will get the 10K

 

The only thing that will benefit you is to not work here. DOJ investigation and 4 part CNN expose have killed any chance of success selling these products

Umm, you need to ask why this position is open and why the turnover is every one-two years? More important than the car, as you will only drive it for a few months before you're out the door.

 

Dude you'd hate it here. Read all the comments on every single thread. Every darn thing is true. Failed leadership from the higher ups to the inept Regional Managers. Many people lookin to get out! Trust me at this company reps are getting paid to look for another job that's how bad it is! Culture and how big Willies treat employees down to the Regional managers harassing reps are all alive and well here so if that's what you want then go for it! I sure as hell am looking to get out.

One LTC rep I know makes a base of 140K
Target bonus is 40K
Other newer younger reps make bases of 70K

 

Contacted by a recruiter about a Neuro Team job...what is the base range? Is Neuro a decent environment? I have heard and read about LTC, which I have been advised to avoid. Thanks.

All that’s left here is LTC. You’ll be lucky to get $65k base and not much chance to bonus. DOJ investigation and CNN expose have killed any momentum and new indication trial flopped. Why would you even consider working here?
