I just heard that they are no longer filling CNS IAS vacancies and are increasing the size of neighboring territories until the hospital division reps become part of the TS CNS team.

    Any thoughts?

We have gone from 76 to 67 positions in the last 4 months. TF has a goal of letting the bottom 10% go plus running others off to reach 56 by December 31. Then we become part of local TS regions.

    Almost there now!

Did they fill SEK’s CNS IRBM spot? Or DY’s Director position?

I’m not saying that division isn’t a waste, because I believe it is... But stop posting BS lies trying to stir shit up.
It’s yet another of your lies, and all positions are currently still posted and interviews are active.

I just checked and there are mostly nebulization openings. Only a few CNS openings from 3-6 months ago.

We're still waiting from the ones before Xmas, the ones in June and the ones in August. I'm assuming come November it will be pushed off to January?

If you check the Scorecard, there are now only 68 total territories. Q4 had 76. No new job postings.

This process has already started. 1 less DY, 1 less manager, 8 less IAS positions than we had in June. I would say that it has already started.

about time. Dumb idea to create the institutional sales force to begin with. Waste of resources with little impact. It all went to hell when Chucky boy left the building

Better that they are cutting back through attrition than doing big cuts.

When everything is realigned in 2019 it will all make sense. Hospital divisions will be merged and carry all products.

With Latuda becoming generic any day when Sunovion loses its lawsuit and dasotraline dead, we are reducing positions.....more to come from this sinking ship.

Get your resumes updated....and start applying. You are all very talented and it will be a lot easier to find a new company now than over Christmas.

    Good luck!

A tip from an RBM who just left

Thanks for the tip but I am sticking around. When Coktoasten leaves, then I will be concerned. He is a winner and winners don’t quit!

Dont worry, respiratory will save us. They are going to be 50% of our revenues in 2019. They might generate 33 million in sales. We are all safe!

Zero open jobs posted now for CNS positions. Cuts are here. Thank you to the original poster. I am now in a new job and so relieved I will not have to deal with the bloodbath coming.

    Good luck guys.
