What is the deal with publicis on advertising jobs then holding applicants resumes? No yes, no or maybe given to applicants.....
I notice nobody is selected for some jobs. What's going on, Publicis? Why are jobs just sitting unfilled?
Many of the job posting that you see is Publicis just fishing for resumes to keep on file. There is actually no job they are just collecting resumes.
They are notorious for scouting which is not being forthright with the excited candidates who spend their valuable time and effort filling out the lengthy app, cover letter and applying. Its just selfish and rude. Posting when there is a legitimate opening is the upfront way to conduct business. Plus, there are 1000+ Talant Aquisition Specialists. Its not a kind business and sadly Publicis Touchpoint Solutions is conducting business that way as well. Especially with the AZ contracts. Run run from them!
