Anybody know what the expected bonus percentage is for Directors, Executive Directors and VPs in Thousand Oaks and how that compares to other top biopharm companies? Heard Amgen can’t compete and is losing a lot of key talent. Thx.
the company intends to lose this talent. Anyone leaving is one less person to lay off latter. Those who stay despite all the nonsense, are easier for the company to bullshit. Often they feel financially trapped by SoCal's inflated house payments, or their spouse might also work at Amgen, their kids are in expensive schools, etc.
For the NuBu Marek, Valdiviez and Baron hoard all the $'s and say "screw you" to anyone working underneath them. They are pilaging the till whilst others are given pennies!
Directors 20% EDs 25% VPs 30% These are target, so you also need to apply multipliers for personal and corporate goals.
It's the VPs that are raking it in, and Amgen has so many, I'd wager far more than any company of comparatve size, many of which do very little, the VP of R&D Transformation comes to mind. What is that anyway?
Agreed, no way running RDO FTO is a VP job. Guy in Operations has same title as site heads in Puerto Rico and Rhode Island with MUCH more responsibility and impact. The whole thing is over inflated and over done.
DCI is pretty clever, but the edentulous buddy he brought in, KW, is a moron, coasting to his retirement.
