Does anyone have a copy of the non-compete? Is it for just PCSK9, all CV or just two companies, now and near future,? How long does it last? Yes I know that we all signed it, however, I never thought that this would be something that i would need, so I had not made a print copy of it. Can't find it on the RON page either.
Regeneron won't sue you. They would if you left and went to Amgen while both products were on market. But with Praluent pulled, it doesn't matter anymore. The company won't spend money suing you for a product no longer on market.
OP. Thats what I thought, however, someone at HQ told me that no to two companies, no matter what. Trying to figure out how that can be enforced if we have no job, and product is pulled?
