With so much riding on Oct 5th FDA decision I hope we have the right internship handling the interaction. Did they have to go back to school in September or are they still working ?

 

The guilty interns are long gone and will never work at Acorda again. This filing was handled by full time personnel with direct oversight by senior Leadership. That said we will fly through this without any issues.

You are dealing with multiple divisions at the FDA and a totally new inhalation system they have never reviewed before. There is a higher likelihood of delays, which Acorda can not afford financially. But of course you know that already.

 

Leadership has a firm grasp on the approval process for LD. Expect FDA approvals to be in October followed by an aggressive ad campaign and MD training. Virtually all rank& file will be participating and success will be assured. International sales are expected to be extremely strong as the inhalation system is a brakethru.

Thankfully we have an effective Leadership Team.
