You can't build a great company using temporary contractors and outsourcing to foreign countries. Hire the right people and invest in them. Hiring so many contractors screams that we're not confident in the future.

And management filled with tiny dicks who need to have their egos stroked by sycophants and if they can’t get it in house they will pay consultants to tell them the lies they want to hear.
