Average Age?

What is the average age of Convatec employee's? Most posts I read - sound like very young, immature people. It really makes one wonder about the people that represent the products and the company?

 

22-28 TMs
45-50 RSMs

 

I dunno, but I just got hired out of high skool!!! They said here is ur car, here is ur credit card, and we will pay u lotz of money to go talk to people. So I said HELL YEAH! Me likey alot. My bozz said I am goin 2 be a grate rep az long az I do what he sez. I said I will. He said I am cool. I said I know. I am goin to be the shizzle so you better wach out!!! C ya at that big meating thing nex year! It is pas my bed time so I half to go now.

Average age is indeed very low. the mature, tenured TMs that built this company are almost all gone. Most of us found better jobs though some of our older TM sisters and brothers were tortured into leaving after enduring a cruel and brutal 6-7 month PIP/Plan session by a sadistical RSM.

 

I agree that many of the mature tenured reps were quality performers. An equal amount coasted.

 

But the younger ones are more willing to take it up the back door
