Has anyone tried to interview for another rep position yet?

It is true. GSK on your resume is considered a joke if you are on the "sales" side. Everyone knows that PF = all the good ones left, and the only reps still here from before PF suck. Anyone that has come here since, make sure you do not have many years on your resume from here or you will never get another job in pharma. GSK sales reps = lazy people that drop off food and do not know how to sell.

No dumb ass... I train docs,
& residents on a 90k simulator... I attend cases in the OR, just finished up a two cases & grabing a coffee while the OR RN’s prep the next patient.

You wouldn’t know since you wasted your entire career at GSK. Yes, While I moved around a little, it providdd me with the experience to land a career at one of the most respected device companies making bank. I’m not treated like a child by my manager. I don’t carry an iPad around collecting sigs & being a cater to offices. I did that once & this grass is definitely greener over here. I enjoy my job - I have real clinical conversations & seen as a resource with doctors.

I heard GSK has you guys asking “have I convinced you...”” that’s the lamest close I’ve ever heard. Your leadership is weak!
