Man what a difference 4 years make! I remember end of 2013, compounding pharmacies were everywhere! Now I can't even think of one that's open!

Can think of many still open and many reps still making decent money, just stick with Lido/Diclo.

I still bring in 7-12k a month with pharmacy. Its not "compounding" anymore. Just manufactured products. I would not rely on this money as my only income. This business is absolutely not long term but if you have the relationships then why not?

    are you looking for rep/s?
I agree to a response above, why not? Its not "compounding" but you can still make 6 figures with reasonable effort. However, the pharmacy must also sell the single agent topical agents.

where are you out of? States licensed?

Anyone got a suggestion for a good pharmacy to work with in regards to the topicals. I can't find any that have enough states or the pbm contracts. But on LinkedIn there all these pain cream campaigns.

They are out there....fewer operating but more opportunity. Stay local, use stickers, MUST get a salary with bonus program or rework to get x% of business and roll into salary every 3-6 months. 6 figures will happen, even with some PBM's not paying for these. You will have ability to get paid on any approved Commercial and Government scripts (Medicaid as well these days). Of course Workers Comp and MVA markets havent changed much since the good ole days 5 years ago
