Therein lies your mistake. You should have learned long ago that Anderson and the Legion of Doom were nothing but a pack of lying dogs and were never to be believed.

    $55.00 Stock X
    Sirona Exclusivity X
World Class ERP by 2017 X
    Fuse by 2017
    ...

Need more? The new regime is full of shit too.

In this thread: A bunch of cry-babies talking about how terrible Patterson is yet no suggestions on how to make it better (besides 'fire the board, hurr durr')

    Does Fuse suck? Yes.
Is Patterson trying to make it better? Maybe?

You all act like because they said 2016/2017, it's some major fail that it came out in 2018. This isn't that uncommon. Business priorities change, challenges come up. If you've never had a project delayed, you've likely never had a very important project.

Have any of you done anything about it besides whine on here? Not likely.
    Nut up or shut up.
Not willing to try out their beta and give suggestions? STFU
Not willing to have a constructive conversation that doesn't just end up with name calling? STFU
Don't you have better things to do with your time?

Or just keep sitting there bitching and moaning about a company you HATE so much but are probably still buying stuff from.

Nice response dicksmack. Have you ever lost an account or two because of passing along failed initiatives to your customers? We lose credibility when we make these kinds of announcements and commitments with hard deadlines and then fail, over and over again. Piece of advice is to STFU before spewing off product announcements before they’re ready.

Are you in sales? Or is this fat boy Killians’s post? I think you should STFU!

Now you listen to me you stupid silly person....I talked to Anderson when he was CEO. I talked to the Guggler when he was “president” (laughable), I talked to Pumkinhead when he was in charge (laughable again), I talked to that little shit Rogan and they would not listen to constructive criticism. I did my best to give them ideas about where this company was potentially headed.....you know what asshole?.... I almost lost my job. They were not listeners....they were and are arrogant no nothing pricks like you. Now stick your thoughts up your ass and face the facts!

Hey Ass-hat, want some aloe vera, cuz you got burned. Constructive criticism was, has and is offered....and totally ignored. The company detracted from practice management software advancement (which assist in running an office) by not developing/upgrading current product or acquiring a already developed web/cloud based software and instead concentrated on building one from the ground up or funding exclusive deals that ended up f*cking the company to a 50% drop in share price.

Once upon a time we were an innovative company, then we devalued ourselves by giving away software. Add insult to injury, our updates went from once a year to once every 2 or more years (and back then they had subsistence to them). We stopped listening. We now offer fluff sh!t that ends up breaking things that need corrected (the good old version .x update).

They (or you ) upper management d*ckheads thought they knew what was best for dentist. Yeah, right. "Dreamed by Dentist, Designed by Experts", what a f*cking joke. Concentration was focused on technology that that did not help run a dental practice. A CAD/CAM machine, 3D printer nor a Laser can tell me how much money is owed to my office. It cannot tell me much outstanding treatment an office has. It does not inform me of how many patients are overdue for recall. Our lack of updates to our original software, push out of a unfinished product and on top of that "expand our software offerings" with some crap we have badmouthed for years (oh, wait.....sound familiar (E4D, ITero, 3Shape...really loved the video of boxing/beating the E4D and Guggie as James Bond....LOL)

You may accuse me of being bitter, and yes, I will accept that. Because this company is a shell of what it use to be. We pay our "leaders" ridiculous salaries and bonuses that are not warranted. We push crap on good people that leave because the "Management" think they know better than those of us in the field.

Do us all a favor and STFU

Obviously I hit a sore spot.

You use the tagline for Fuse but Fuse doesn't even do CAD/CAM or 3D printing, what are you talking about? No PM software offered by Patterson is focused on CAD/CAM.

So what is the solution here? Besides everyone getting worked up (myself included)

How can Patterson make things better? How can the average person make them listen and understand the actual needs of an office?

Why would they need to push out software updates every 6 months? That doesn't make sense unless it's fixing something or offering something new. For the record, I believe they've pushed a new eagle soft version each year for the past few... what are they on now, 19?

Also, nobody makes product announcements after the product is ready... that's not how businesses work.

I still have yet to see anyone do anything besides complain or suggest removing people... yeah, that will solve things

By asking/listening to people that actually have experience working in a dental office.

    You'd think this would be a no-brainer.

What would be the most effective way for the offices to communicate this? Seems to just get lost if you call support

Can't argue with that... what happened to the old hold times? They keep saying it's temporary and they are hiring more people.
