No one can come up with anything along the lines of ‘my career, development, great leadership, trust, company culture, product pipeline, strong financial incentives, great colleagues, belief that they’re doing something that matters’.

I'm one getting a check while waiting but honestly this is gonna suck when time comes to interview with another company. No results or numbers I can show for half a year and trust me companies know about this. Two recruiters reached out to me on LinkedIn and they even said I'll have to explain what I was doing during the time I was not in the field for all these months
This is NOT good at all when competing with other reps for the same job.. we r gonna be looked at as lazy a##es
Seriously I regret leaving my last company to work here!! Thinking of leaving.

Good advice, Sun Pharma is a horrible company to have on your resume. Feel bad for those “biologic” reps they lured to Sun with big salaries and empty promises...it will be tough to find something but what’s happened with the launch delays are not the rep’s fault.

 

I can't come up with something that doesn't exist. Everything you listed would be great but it's not at Sun. A lot of talent here its just being wasted because of false promises.

 

Sun is where you go to see your career die. Did you notice they are hiring old folks now? They can hold them hostage until layoff time. For us...we are gone.

 

Sun is the land of the (old) misfit toys.

Sun had 42 Rx of Ilumya written in the first 3 weeks, expectations were 1200-1500! Just a tad bit short!! If you are selling it, you might want to start shitting your pants and looking for new opportunities with AbbVie's IL-23 coming in just a few months. Blows all others out of the water!!

You must really suck. You’re bitching and moaning about how bad Sun is when it’s really how bad you are. I’ve been collecting 18k a quarter paychecks the entire launch.
