Whose company just had a layoff?

    It seems like our industry is laying off somewhere almost every month. Curious who just had a layoff? How many reps?

    GSK. 450, plus some Syneos contract reps.

    Novo Nordisk will lay off by end of year, as will Merck. There are many others not mentioned.

    Takeda and Shire will have layoffs by end of year due to the Takeda acquisition of Shire and resulting redundancies. Already there is talk at Shire to eliminate their "OBU" (Ophthalmic Business Unit).
