How can this company keep running? They cleaned out the C level executive board last year for a fresh start and it has only continued to get worse. Sales goals are completely unrealistic, there is no product support (running out of samples, pharmacies cannot get product), turnover is constant across all levels of the company, and the opportunity for advancement is laughable. Most reps would not want to advance even if the position was open because of how badly the company is managed. How can this possibly get better? How many people are getting ready to leave?
