    help us understand as the field heard that one of the most ill respected reps will be at HQ? So he's telling everyone now and we are all like WTF???

    Just how it is. Don’t be a hater these people are funny. In WH they keep the worst DMs ..no leadership or talent THE WORST. An idiotic sales system that should be called ‘Stay Behind’ and reward those that don’t work.
    The DMs LG and DF need to be scrutinized for not following HR guidelines and doing the basics of admin and understanding they have a job and can and should be replaced now..the big guy in MA is a bully..they will be trouble if not given a personal call by Ms S on behavior with their reps. It’s coming trust us.
    Stop it now if your headed to IPO.

    There is no accountability here. Many of the DMs need to go! Leadership either does not know or does and remains silent. To the 2nd poster - WHAT is going on???

    I worked but had to to leave early many times due to conference calls with our management leaders and family obligations at times. I did work with my reps and checked in hotel rooms on those days

    These DMs are the worst seen in the industry . Where were DMs trained??? Seriously home office listen up here...3 more reps offered jobs in East leaving after quarter ..all due to NY and NJ lack of DM leadership and support . Teams are tired of the BS going on with them ..the poor intellectual capacity, favoritism and lack of effort..they are running on fumes and have no clue what they are doing. Clean house get new DMs where needed and retain the good employees if you care. I’m leaving next week but this is my exit advice. Btw your LDRs suck

    The DMs should be held accountable by the NSDs on WHC and Neuro. I have friends on both sides nd am on WHC. I can tell you we have a bunch of spineless clueless managers.
