My boss just encouraged me, not very discreetly, to sell off label. Any advice about contacting HR & reporting it.

Call the Compliance Helpline. You can remain anonymous! The phone number and website are on posters in all the conference rooms. They are also on the "Compliance Helpline" tab of the Ethics and Compliance Program intranet site. Otherwise call Compliance directly.

Do you even know the label?

Whatever you do, don't call HR, especially Earl, they will all side with management and rat you out. Probably blame you somehow.

HR is your friend. We have your back. Call them and do tell everything you know, and they will fire offender if deemed a valid allegation. You wont be targeted or retaliated against. Your manager will never know.

Don't fall for HR trap. 1st thing they do is call your manager, to investigate and then get you fired.

You're an idiot if you talk to HR. Call fda.

When I was at spectrum my manager blatantly told me to sell off label for Evomela and to do what I had to do to make sure I closed the business. In all my years in the industry, this was the first time I had ever experienced such immoral and careless behavior

Don't trust anyone within spectrum the safest option is to report outside company.
