Doesn’t matter because the company as a whole is a nightmare. As for her, she is upbeat and positive.
You will never see another manager in your life have as much turnover as she has had. Each territory seems to roll over every year or two, it’s very bizarre. It’s a nonstop rotating door
It’s not her fault. It’s the toxic culture. She’s kind and does her best but when you have a toxic company with terrible Senior leadership you can’t keep anyone.
This is a poor manager. She can not separate emotion from business decisions. Plays favorites with her reps causing division among her team. She can not be trusted and will turn on her reps quickly over minor issues that other managers would simply coach through. Suspect she also turned on her Regional Director and many of her peers. Sneaky and manipulative and prone to creating power struggles. This manager will not keep anything confidential so again not to be trusted. She is a pawn for the company, letting the toxic culture and leadership use her to get ahead at all costs. Run as fast as you can from this company and manager. Too many other managers and companies to build a career at!
This meeting is a joke. Get someone who actually knows how to lead a sales organization. How many meetings does she have to have before we actually see change. I’ve seen nothing. Most ill-planned disorganized meeting I’ve been to yet.
