Once you are out of there (for whatever reason) you will wonder why you put up with it for so long.

Someday in the future you will take your last breath. When you think back on your life what will you think on about how you spent your working days here? You have only one life so don’t waste it on an organization like JBI. Do something constructive and that you can be proud of. I’m not wasting another moment doing their brainless time suck-hole activities. I’m taking It back.

Sad but true! JNJ Mgmt has destroyed the human condition by making them widgets of manipulation. They only care about money when everything’s over.

It's pretty simple. Make everyone lie, because meeting the call quota is impossible, so JnJ can fire you at will, with cause. Welcome to the Republican world. And want to unionize? Forget it, they now have the Supremes on their side. Now that pensions are out (as are all the people who qualified for them), if you produce you are probably OK. Unless your boss is a dick, and you call him/her on it - then of course you lied on your call reports and can be fired.

    Welcome to slavery.

Unions never should have been able to exits after the 70's; they extort $ and got too greedy. Anyone who votes for socialism (democrats) is just uninformed. If you are not happy here LEAVE; it is very simple to do.

Unions are illegal and finally the Supreme Court recognized the fact For those in doubt; check to see what your local teacher, cop, etc. gets as a state pension; yours is nothing in comparison. And I am not even talking about the federal benefits.

This must’ve come right from JnJ management. Fairly elected unions are the only response to an executive class continues to take more and more money and have no repercussions It’s interesting that I may not want to have anything to do with Spanky‘s administration but I still must pay taxes to him, but the union that is duly elected by a plurality now cannot collect their taxes.

Nonsense; unions are greedy and that is why they are going under big time; they deserve it and we all pay for all of those overly generous benefits for state and local employees.

Thinking J&J is there for you in a false sense of reality. They only care about their metrics and fake political corporate relationships. Be smart and be looking for better opportunities, but don't panic.
