Obviously this person does not know anything as IQVIA and Quintiles are the same company just with a new name. On pure size

    1 Syneos (old inVentiv)
    2 Publicis
    3 IQVIA
    4 Ashfield (far distant 4th)

IQVIA is getting out of the CSO business. Data and managing studies is where they want to focus.

    Ashfield/Assfield is horrible.

Reps working for the company have taken multiple pay cuts. Their work loads have increased.

Make sure to check your paycheck. They have gotten pay/bonus payments incorrect multiple times.

It's a paycheck till the next job.

Currently with Syneso and from my outside observations Ashfiled is an up and coming player. I would rank Syneos as the number 1 CSO, they seem to get a good majority of the new business. Quintiles seems to have dropped off significantly after their merger. Publicsis has faded away big time and PDI is not part of Publicsis. Contract jobs are just that and if you can manage yourself financially between projects it's not a bad gig. Where else can pharma people turn these days, the industry as a whole is not what it once was.

Best move regarding contract companies is to stay away.

This company is good. Solid contracts, people are just complaining. Pharma is a dying industry and the ability to get a solid contract job is very good. We have to work. Ashfield pays well, the people are nice, and it’s work. Stop being so negative.

Ashfield recruiters are good especially Jennifer who responds to everyone! I am in the northeast and she responds to me. I wish the other recruiters would do same and maybe Ashfield would gain more candidates instead drop out to go to Syneos or other.

What is the likelihood that Ashfield diabetes reps see a lay off soon? An upcoming training was cancelled and it seems other BI divisions aren't doing well.
