Here at Arbor they make all the rules which means they screw the majority of the people on bonus.

Absolutely - every month & nothing is ever going to change - until this house of cards falls.

Gonna lose 15-20 more reps start of October! These goals are brutal.......is Ed and Thom trying to buy another vacation home. I plan on being out of here before year end any openings besides Nevro and Alkermes?

The goals are ridiculous! You can't make a good living working here with those goals.

Well Arbor is doing a terrible job at retaining their people. If they were ranked with other pharmaceutical companies, they would surely be at the bottom. It is no wonder they are still a private company and no one has bought them.

The managers take no responsibility for the turn over. "Oh, it isn't me. It's just the bad pay and benefits. That is why everyone is leaving." It is all of the above - the pay, the benefits AND the managers. Oh, and the fact they are taking our company cars away.

This place is depressing. I really need to find a happier place.

Truth, it is so hard to work when there is so much negativity. This entire year has been nothing but negativity, its been a horrible work environment. One small example, how many open territories in Nero? I think they lost 10 last week. Home Office its about time you take responsibility. Your "if you don't like it go find a job somewhere else" attitude is start to back fire. People are doing just that and more will leave be the end of the year.

Exactly! I am really starting to not care about this job. Lots of good people have left and I can only hope that I too can find a better job with better pay where I will be valued as an employee. The managers can't be trusted. They seem to look for reasons to fire people.

Hey!! Hold my beer! They did too well with this week of data, we have to take some scripts away so we don’t pay them too much.
-“Don’t release the data until Monday.”
    “What if they catch on?”
-“they won’t.. we are giving them (air quotes) stock options (end air quotes)”

When you sit down at the kitchen table with your children and they want to know what is for dinner, you can tell them you just cashed in your worthless stock options and they can just eat pretend food. Isn't Arbor pretending that those stock options have value? Yes, I need to pay my bills today, not some undisclosed day down the road. And by the way, I worked today and would like to get paid bonus for today. I don't care what your goals are Arbor. If you don't pay us for our work, we will leave.

If you are thinking about coming here, don't. Most people here are unhappy and underpaid. This is not a happy place to be. Wonder why some top performers have left? This is not a happy place to be. Wonder why the position you applied for was open in the 1st place? This is not a happy place to be. Wonder why there are so many posts on this thread? This is not a happy place to be. Wonder why so many people want to leave? This is not a happy place to be. Do you get the picture now?

What has Arbor done lately to try to keep their employees? Nothing I can think of.

This company is clueless when it comes to retention. They waste SO MUCH MONEY on constantly training new people.

All that training is still cheaper than paying market value for reps......plus even if they paid higher base reps would leave because of the phony numbers (low bonus), no company cars, crappy insurance, and lame a@# managers! Leave before this boat sinks......layoffs are coming very soon!

This place really sucks. The managers aren't helping either. Who wants to put up with low pay, roller coaster bonuses, awful insurance, no company vehicle and then on top of that have to work with a disorganized manager that wants to ride your a##?
