Who else is waiting for the "other shoe to drop"?

As Bard becomes 100% integrated into BD, how much of a reduction in total comp do you think will happen?

The survey they sent all of us a few months ago will be used to justify an overall reduction in pay. I'm curious how much the CareFusion reduction was? Does anyone know? Because you know it is coming. October 1st will be the start of the new fiscal year. I'm guessing they will wait till after the NSM to implement any of this.

    Thoughts?

They have to let us know comp before the NSM. I believe our base will increase, and our at plan commission will decrease slightly.

Do you think they will "standardize" everyone to the same base? I know the "rule" they tell people is "we only pay a base of XXX". But I know for a fact that there are people who have been brought on recently at different base levels - between $5k - $12k higher than they have always told new hires.

I wonder if that means someone might actually have a reduction in their base?

Did your comp change? If so, how?

I came from BD, so base salary went down, quite a bit actually, but commission went up, so overall I will be making more money if I perform. Will be interesting to see whether the big numbers they throw around are realistically achievable. Monthly commission is a nice change instead of quarterly.
