Not sure if the district is aware but your DBM (Chris) has been trolling LinkedIn actively looking for candidates to talk to about "anticipated openings" that he may have in the district. He has directly messaged several candidates this way. What he doesn't realize is that most reps in WNY know one another and have heard about what he's done to destroy your team, in the hopes of saving his own skin. Most have no interest in ever being part of this type of toxic environment. Watch your back!
