Worst acquirer for BMS UPSA : It is Stada only cost savings

Stada through EG Pharma will kill our employment because they want to make synergies and cost savings through the Stada German organisation.
BMS management should favour an industrial acquirer or a PE which will keep our BMS Upsa organistion as a stand alone.
Stada is the worst choice for all employees in Agen and I hope Mr Caforio will hear this message .

 

I hope they care for our jobs.
I agree this Stada group belongs to 2 funds Cinven and Bain and they will eliminate our sales force and the jobs in the Agen plants .I also hope that we will not be sold to them . It is the worst scenario for all of us .
The government should also help us like the mayor of Agen .At this end they are paying for the BMS oncology drugs .
