Interviewing for a position in the SAS division. Any input would be great on experience working in this division. Salary expectations?

This experiment is doomed to fail. Alt site reps who had a cushy job will now have to really sell something. Many have zero hospital or OR experience. Wait until Baxter blindsides them and gets Recothrom on formulary.

SI is being lead by a group of Morons! Nothing has changed and its getting worse. Its not simply supply, but people in jobs that don't know what they are doing. Getting our clocked cleaned cause we don't understand the business, can't sell nor market. Lake Forest and Hospira are a joke.

Always someone else’s fault. Pfizer owns and runs the show with all their geniuses, Hospira is gone.

SI is imploding despite a change at the top level of leadership. Its a sign that Nitin, Berk, Navin, Ellen, Engels, Marcus, and Jameson don't have a clue on what they are doing. Time to clean house!

Update: Nothing has improved performance wise and has actually gotten worse. Berk is gone and the question is who's next? SAS overwhelmed with simply doing there job and along with managers whine like bitches!

This team is a joke. Multiple top products on backorder. Thrombin on backorder!! Managers and reps completely overwhelmed. "But we will get through this". " we hear you loud and clear". "Make lemonade out of lemons". Does Ian Read or Bourla have a clue about this division and the debacle it is.

Let's see Diem is gone, Berk is gone, Ellen's been moved, but Engels and Marcus still are here. Still the same situation that we don't get it, can't sell, or absolutely don't create demand. Marcus and Dave should retire as they have both perpetuated another epic year long revenue failure. Need new thinking and a different path.
