Did anyone ever receive an offer?

 

No one answers because there were few posts removed. Rightfully so. If it was CafePharma moderating posts related to talking about unequal gender pay/ pregnant women and why men should be getting paid more because women- "are just crazy and fat when they get old...LOL
Ummm...everyone gets old .... and crazy is subjective. My friend says " You haven't seen crazy yet" lol

If Cafepharma is censoring some of this post - we kindly ask you to please no do so... because anonymity is important on cafe pharma as promised by CF... and we need to exercise our Freedom of speech - which is -based on a principle that supports the freedom of an individual or a community to articulate their opinions and ideas without fear of retaliation, censorship, or sanction.[2][3][4][5] The term "freedom of expression" is sometimes used synonymously but includes any act of seeking, receiving, and imparting information or ideas, regardless of the medium used...

We understand anyJustifications for such posts that include the harm principle, which suggests that: "the only purpose for which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of a civilized community, against his will, is to prevent harm to others."[7]
So thank you for considering those principles.
BUT, please don't take away our right of opinion as we are ALL equal...
Please do not let the company complain and act as a victim .

The local rep told me that males are preferred for hiring and being of a Jewish background also adds strength to your application.

 

Now i feel like a jewish kid on christmas. Could convert briefly while applying but company needs to pay more

 

Company needs to pay more AND be HONEST during the interview process AND treat applicants professionally.

 

what have they been deceptive about in the interview process?

 

Salary. Big time.

 

Candidates were THREATENED - you give out your salary history for all of your previous companies
or I will take you off the interview list.
