What is your standard during Physician Office Trial of a Device: Do you charge for the expendable, or do your provide free during the trial. Each "expendable" is Fully reimbursed via CPT/ICD 10 codes.

If they are getting paid, you need to charge them because the payment is based on their costs and labor. This should be specified in your study protocol and strictly followed. Giving a free device can be seen as inducement and potentially lead to unnecessary procedures or off-label use.
