Very few people are hitting the "target bonus of $7500.00". Very sad since the company is still in launch mode.

Many attained it already. You sound like a slouch. No wonder you can’t hit plan goal.

Many? Of the 64 territories, how many attained it in Q3?

I'm out selling today at the few places i can.

If you want it, earn it.

Humble, aren’t you? You must be in one of those territories in Florida that are enjoying the home-court advantage.

Have CB in every one of your accounts then get the activity banned. Genius.

Get what activity banned? Medical Speaker programs? Not for the territories in Florida. Too convenient for CB and AA; very small travel expense, just the way Opko likes it. All FL territories finished in the top 15 in Q3, excluding the vacant ones.

”Medical Speaker Programs”, yeah sure, more like sales calls. What a sham.

Dead on Sister or brother! And they will praise them when in fact it was CB or AA. Oh and don’t forget Dr Frost donated $100K to a hospital in Miami. You wash my back and i will wash yours.

We all know it to be a misnomer. At Opko, we don’t have Medical Speaker Programs. What’s true is the sales reps do not have resources. No MSLs, no programs, no samples, no good formulary access, nothing!

Don’t forget no new clinical studies to use in the field. They are not serious about selling Rayaldee. They cant be with all you posted. The sales force is out there with both hands tied behind their back, and feet and duct tape over their mouth. Reality sets in. Sad.

Can’t disagree. And the worst IC plan in the industry! How can the disadvantaged territories finish Q4 well? Sales management designed the plan with the intent to pay only a very few, like the Florida territories.

They will place the few making some bonus on a pedestal and pound the podium saying there are no disadvantaged territories, They are all equal. They don’t want to pay bonus. Time is running out. Money is running out. They are running scared.
Woukd like to see a PIP for managers. It’s omly fair.

When a majority of Rayaldee patients are elderly and require 501c3 assistance, just how many do you think have the resources to access a web page?

It matters none. In the eyes of sales management, everything that marketing APH creates is gold, including the cluttering poster, the useless chart sticker for the offices that are strictly electronic, the oversized dosing guide, and, yes, the pattient website. Lots of $ wasted on these vs. samples that truly make a difference in patient lives.

What about CA? They have had Medicare coverage since launch and CB is in the West all the time. REIMBURSEMENT is what counts and not having a speaker. Who cares how great the drug is if it can't get approved?

Oh come on now, every territory has the exact same reimbursement coverage. We know this is true because upper management says so. LOL
