Same thing happened to her @ indevr, last company where she worked. Sounds like she was forced out at covidien due to ppl issues too. Any1 see a pattern? When the funk are we getting rid of Jim?

Correct. I’m @ indevr. Dawns entire team quit, same as Vyaire. She had all the same behaviors mentioned, lied on a pathological level (we checked & her glamping company failed & went out of business, she didn’t sell it for big bucks like she said). She never lets us present too because it kept us from complaining to senior leadership. Let’s her control the narrative.

Anyone get the 2AM calls bullying you into having a presentation ready at 7AM?

Worst part is each subsequent job she blames everyone else but herself. 4 failures in a row Dawn. Buy a mirror and find a psychologist.

 

I worked directly for Dawn Bitz too. I quit also because of her unreasonable demands and erratic behavior. She was sued in federal court in the past for harassment, and it will probably happen again. She was the most incompetent, unprofessional manager I ever worked for. She destroys companies and more importantly peoples careers and lives. She's a pathological liar, and I can't believe this person keeps getting new opportunities. Total narcissist............stay away from her!
