    Dear Kaleo Compliance,

A little paranoid are we? Crackdown’s on every aspect and activity of your reps’ jobs? What skeletons are YOU hiding?

As you lower the quality of life for your reps you also lower the quality of reps willing to stay here.. Heck, some might even take customers with them. A good product can only go so far. Competition is coming!

And one more thing, good corporate attorneys find a way for their company’s to legally DO business - not prevent it. You don’t have to pass a bar exam in order to say “no” to everything.

    Sincerely,

    Your Sales Force

Typical Pharma company: Preach the rules while setting goals so high that only the cheaters and the lucky ones can win.

If you don't like rules then quit and go into business for yourself.
And also stop whining and do your job. Easy product that sells itself

Turnover at this company is higher than any real pharma company. So to your point, many have quit, are looking to quit and will quit. Product not so easy to sell with all the cloudy managed care coverage shenanigans.

If you whiners out there can't sell Auvi-Q, you probably don't belong in this industry.

Turnover is higher here than any real pharma company because the shady managed care tactics force reps to compromise their credibility on a daily basis.

True. Which combined with juvenile leadership makes this the worst company ever.

Leadership, now that is laughable! They don't know how to lead - they use bullying and scare tactics. No accountability to true concerns that anyone in the field has. Bunch of fucktards!

So full disclosure I love my job here and love the Auvi-Q.
However, I fully agree they lead by fear and bullying tactics. We are not allowed to ever have a question for CJ or PR without attitude or death stares
