Management prior to Pete and Bill getting shit canned - "Pete and Bill are great and have assured us everything is fine."
After Pete and Bill get fired - "Pete and Bill were crooks, but Chris is the real deal and has assured us everything is fine."
After Chris eventually gets fired or indicted - "Chris was imcompetent - Kevin has assured us the worst is behind us"
And on and on and on

Since Chris reported to Pete & Bill and carried out all of their orders, why is Chris still there?

Good question. They fired the whistleblowers for supposedly selling on the side but didn’t fire all of the others.

Selective enforcement of company rules I suppose.

 

They couldn’t fire the whistleblowers for whistleblowing so they blamed it on selling on the side. Lane - care to chime in? Sam? You guys were promoted to VP after selling on the side.

 

Ironically , Pete was working on the side as well .

 

Lane and Sam were promoted because of their skill and performance. They were not able to get many orders with the other company they were working with on the side. Ask anyone, they were with us at least 80%.

 

True - they themselves weren’t very good at selling it. But they had the MiMedx reps under them selling it that crap so they got the rollup portion. Kevin Trudeau would be proud of their MLM skills.

 

I guess the whistleblowers picked the wrong collagen to sell.

 

Most of the fires whistleblowers didn’t sell anything on the side but the company still told everyone they did.

 

This all started when Pete refused to pay an earned 40k commission to one of the whistleblowers. I estimate that Pete has lost $75 million in lost stock valuation and is now facing a criminal indictment .

Pete is a great guy and was just trying to make some money on the side. What is the big deal? and the rep was owed a$40,000 commission check, more like 20K get your story straight and leave Pete alone!
