The key is to stop the handouts to illegals and bums, finance the middle class with jobs and pay subsidies if necessary, to keep them working. Throw ALL illegals out of the country, and stop the lobbyists from paying off our legislators for favors. Foreign aid only to those who actually need it and distribute it under our control.
