Spine quarterly numbers

Was there a growth over prior quarter? Is everyone back to being SUPER JACKED over the numbers?

 

Down another 4+% for the quarter! About time for a few more heads to roll maybe? How many people in the field will leave before they figure out its middle management that’s atrocious, and treating this whole group like pharma would never work! Thanks for the Subaru....

 

At some point somebody at JNJ has to be held accountable for the destruction of Synthes Spine. Synthes was a growth machine. Quarter after quarter after quarter. Everyone knew this would be the final destination years ago when the merger was announced. Just a sad, pathetic end to a once great company. Thanks Mr.Wyss, sincerely all the folks who built Synthes Spine.

 

I really feel for those that could not pull the trigger and leave. I can only imagine how horrible it must be now. The constant, daily calls about numbers and growth. The trainings, and bs credo non-sense. I simply can’t imagine

 

It’s time for an acquisition. My vote is for Globus. Medtronic is placing these Mazor robots and it’s killing me.

 

who has time to sell. im busy doing 15 ride along assessments making sure cars are clean, hands are at 10 and 2, and making sure the take their wallet out of their pocket while driving. although the wallet doesn't matter anymore because they make less and less.....

 

It is so far past time for heads to roll. When is this shake up going to happen?!? This is about the time when the ax falls, but it never hits the ones that should be held accountable. That includes our fearful leader Travis... our entire sales management team needs to be overhauled! In the mean time I'll keep my head down, enjoy my Subaru and complete all my meaningless TPS reports.

 

Honestly, what is the reason that people stay at Depuy-Synthes? There are so many guys who have left and are absolutely killing it and don’t have to put up with any of the corporate bs. Do people think it’s gonna get better one day? That management is suddenly gonna wake up and come to their senses? I just don’t get it. People get on here and bitch and moan about how horrible it is, yet they continue to stay. Somebody please enlighten me.

 

It's called holding on to false hope. It's never going to get better, in fact it's far more likely to get worse.

 

The guys that are left are mainly farming their business. All the hunters, or for that matter, anyone with ambition has left long ago.

The loss of great sales talent at DePuy Synthes isn't a case of the rats leaving a sinking ship. It's more like the best sailors were driven overboard by the rodents.
