    Hey! How’s everyone doing with the LMS training? Mine wasn’t working yesterday..will it be a lot to catch up on?

    As for the LMS training. It could be worse. I do wish that the Syneos, LMS and TxMD Home Study Guides all coorelated. The Home Study assignments are some what different depending on which study guide you refer to. Does anyone else share my frustration?

    As for the question about a rental car email... I haven’t seen anything yet.

    if we only gain 1.5 days a month, does that mean we start out April 1 with 1.5 days? And if we have a previously planned vacation this summer and will need off more than 2-3 days, what do we do?

    Syneos let’s you take vacation before it’s acquired as far as yearly 1.5 per month. 18 days a year . So starting April 1st you will get 1.5 a month. So you could take a week off in the summer ( early vacation) and make it up finishing the year .

    Is this for the Vitamin products or the Estrogen product?

    I have WH experience.

    I was told about 110 reps, base is 80K.

    Hopefully they get the base up into the 80's. 70k was max of range earlier this year during the expansion. Main focus is on Imvexxy, prenatals are still a small component. Good culture and products.

    Imvexxy is already a complete dud!

    Doctors find it ridiculous!

    The base is very low (lower than 70k) for the amount of work required to launch a new product for a small unknown company and ‘me too’ products. Almost all of the salesforce for this company are contract syneos reps. Good bonus potential for imvexxy if you live in the southern states aka Florida where the company is headquartered and where most menopause women concerned with painful sex are currently living. Stability with this contract is still unknown like all contracts.

    everything on the therapeutics md side has been amazing. Great people, great product, great culture.

    It’s the syneos side that micromanages. I feel like I’m constantly doing inventory and saving receipts for every expense. They need to loosen up and relax a little bit. We also all got lowballed and were told the max pay was $65k so when the offers came out, no one negotiated. To find out others were offered above $65k is frustrating.

    Will this contract be expanding with the new product approval? Not may syneos contracts available right now.

    how the heck are we supposed to make any money on the stock they gave us if the leadership team keeps selling their shares?

    What kind of car do you get with the contract?
    Do you have samples?
    How many required signatures per day?
    What are doctors saying about these products?

    Seeing job posts for flex time work- anyone doing this job as flex time, and what is salary range, bonus target, company car, etc? What’s the culture like? Is it really just three days per week?
