Is it negligence if everyone is new because turnover is insane over the last 3 years? Funny not funny!
I wonder where JN report card for fixing turnover went, that’s clearly in the red and magically not something they’re working on.

Actually, JN wants to get rid of tenured reps and replace them with low-level experienced people. Read the job description for Sales Reps on the Biohazard corporate website - 1 to 3 years selling experience. They cost less and will work hard for the Biohazard "Golden Carrot" that is dangled before them. One executive rep who was hurt by JN's comp plan asked if the company would take their success and years of dedication to BV and pay accordingly. JN said to "sell more". Sad. Biohazard needs to learn people matter.

Has JN hired any RVPs or are they all JM, JA placements?

Here is a little secret you don't seem to know. If you're not happy with the comp plan or company GO FIND ANOTHER JOB. No one is holding a gun to your head. That's why all the successful reps left instead of bitching on CP about being a "victim" get over it or go

LoL, whenever I see these responses I picture DV, who looks a lot like Mugatu, red faced furiously typing on his computer in anger.

    Easy Hardo!
Maybe these people are lookin for jobs, maybe these people have raised concerns, maybe these people want to stay because they believe in the products like you once did. Maybe they believe in the company.
Hopefully they’ll also realize nothing is changing, status quo for far too long.

Uh huh, that would make sense. It’s all the 1 - 3 year sales experience representatives that have had all the success with the Gelsyn and Durolane sales launches! The two products that are the key to driving Bioventus for an IPO. Wow, who needs experience! The company can just save money and have newbies launch products. That’s what every company does, to save money. Makes sense!

Curious how long last years rep of the year had been around, or how long the number one rep in Durolane has been around. I’ll wait.....

That’s a rabbit hole you down want to follow. Last year’s ROY deserved everything he got. You may get traction elsewhere, but not there.

She’s one of the rare lucky people in a big volume with excellent formulary territory that has won presidents clubs going back for years. The previous back to back sales rep of year came from the same territory. Previous reps including one who supposedly worked little by working a couple big HA accounts won it as well. Continue to look at the entire list. There is a trend.

That’s my point! Rookie of the year 2017 and Rep of the year 2017 both crushed it being here barely over two years or less. Both solid guys and did very well. Point is the executive reps and long term senior reps aren’t nearly as needed.

Comp plan is horriable for tenured reps. It’s a shame they don’t value their commited loyal tenured reps with Enormous quotas. Instead they would rather pay out the barista that just started in sales.

BS comp plan and JN should be embarrassed about how bad the morale is with this company.

Time to start looking and I’ve been across that stage a few years. I’ll take my business with as well.

Aren’t ROY supposed to crush it every year? And that means what?

The other guy is not a newbie to sales. Wow, 2 whole people.

Haha. This is CP, rarely is there good news. No one gets on and praises comp plans. Even in S&N days when comp plan was great, people still said it sucked and they were leaving. Same oh song and dance just another day/month/year. Suggestion as you leave, make sure you check the CP thread on your next company, about a 99% chance this exact message is posted somewhere on it. This place sucks, ship is sinking, pay sucks, mass exit coming, blah-blah-blah.
Just leave!! Oh, you know how many say they will take their business with them. This is bone stims and injections, what the hell are you taking? A few writers that like your face. Don’t worry, the territory will survive without you.

Not if you are top rep committing Medicare fraud. Wonder how CA will do with no fraud to get orders?

Case in point... explain the negativity and why it happens and the very next post is from our good friend “mr/mrs negativity”. Welcome back to the show. California will have a dip but will be back as every other area that’s dealt with challenges like this since the beginning. So calm down doomsday scenario fried of the show.

I'd you can't handle a discussion then why are you visiting CP? Spend your positivity at BV. It sure as heck needs it.
