    Lokelma has something called “Early Experience Program”. Hitting up the highest writers right now. Guessing a lot of free drug being given away. Anyone with insight?

    Is it time to get off the Relypsa boat? Seems quite a few people are leaving including now Scott Garland and AZ is giving away free drug while we can’t get our shit together?

    Made a lot of money off this company with grants options espp retention bonus. Appreciate it. However, I just don’t get how there can be so much blatant incompetence that doesn’t even get acknowledged much less corrected. Sales reps are doing their jobs while not getting credit for a significant portion of $$$ they bring in. That is a fact and unacceptable. As this continues people will leave.

    Agreed. I’m tired of wondering when or if they will do the right thing and aggressively pursue the data. Investigate missing spec pharmacy data, get FMC data and greatly expand the spec pharm network. Our competitors will be stocking in local retail with 0 down co pay cards.
    Brent please don’t send another voicemail if you don’t have pertinent info.

    It’s pretty interesting how SalesOps can’t make revisions to our IC plan to ensure more than 30% of the field hits goal, can’t accurately assess sales data, can’t adequately maintain the applications that interpret data, but they can definitely find their way to Pennsylvania for leadership training! What a joke that department is! Dorothy you are in the wrong department because your sales skills to justify the need for your department to attend this training in light of all of its failures is remarkable!

    It’s well known that the numbers don’t add up. PT is responsible for making a specific target. Fixing reporting issues or paying for missing data will mean paying reps substantially more and will mess up the bottom line. Then again, turnover, training and open territories do the same.

    Please let me know the good and bad of the company. How’s the pipeline? Aside from Veltassa....anything worthwhile on its way?

    Any good benefits? How does car program work?

    CP is probably not the best place to get accurate information. Product and culture are very good.

    Good drug. Overall good culture.

    Most reps not making 100% to goal so bonuses are very low for a biotech. Also company not willing to pay for good portion of data so many gaps leading to poor bonuses. Make sure you get the highest possible salary. Standard 401k match and very good vacation/sick day package.

    Car $850/month plus 21 cents per mile.

    Great meeting except for the two narcissist who tried to sabotage it and believe they alone are 100% responsible for sales and should have all the toys in the sand box, all day, every day. Awful display by Seniors not modeling decency let alone our values of respect and teamwork. Trying to bring others down to get ahead is never a good strategy.. Your behaviors were disrepectful to those who won fair and square and everyone else who contributed to our results. You already get paid a salary and bonus based on your sales. Arrogant and greedy bastards The true test of our culture will be in how this is dealt with, most companies would show you the door
