I know it’s tough to get good feedback on Cafepharma but l’ll try anyway. Got a call for a position in Chicago selling Xyrem. Any feedback on working at Jazz? Is it a reach and frequency nightmare or go where the business is? Managers good? Benefits? Stock? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Im hearing that many leaders have elected to leave jazz and that the co. is run by overly opportunistic women.

If you're unemployed and desperate take the job otherwise stay clear of this place. Unprogressive and dated company with not much happening here. It's a paycheck but not much else.

You won’t get much feedback on cafe pharma about Jazz because only disgruntled former employees visit the site. Current employees don’t waste their time on here.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is a minority- owned company that has been a great success over the years.
Jermaine Jazz Sr., our founder came from management at I- Hop Corp. Mr. Jazz passed away almost 7 years ago, this October.
The company has been run successfully by Jermaine Jazz Jr., and his sister, LaToya Jazz for the last 7 plus years! Jazz is now the number one ranked pharma company in America!
Recently "L'il Jermaine", Jermaine Jazz lll has joined the company, and will one day assume leadership! We all wish him well!
About 4 years ago, the author E.Z. Jefferson wrote a book about Jazz Pharmaceuticals entitled: "From Pancakes to Pharma, the Jazz Pharma Story". It's in its third printing!

Ill admit its sometimes hard for me to remember Jazz is a minority owned co.
And there is also a real sense of pride knowing that I am helping to bring fairness and equality to the pharmaceutical industry! This is the American way!

Alza a J&J company was acquired by Jazz. Most of the original leadership team came straight from Alza in the acquisition. Bruce C. a Caucasian male is the CEO of Jazz. The entire executive leadership team can be found on the Jazz website.
