Did you know that PDI just gave out $2000 raises to reps on the Entresto contract? No??? Well that is because they only gave them to certain reps. In order to get the $2000 raise you had to be on the contract since the launch meeting. Ask someone in your District that was part of what is left of the original team. I found out because I was asked by someone in my district if I had received an email message about raises. I asked my RFC about it and after some posturing, she admitted that it was true and that the reps were strictly directed not to disclose that they had received the raises. PDI continues to build trust with the sales force! What a bunch of bull!!! Apparently the raises were given in an attempt to stop the mass exodus that has been taking place on this contract and because Novartis has not been happy with the turnover. It's great to know that the blow brothers, Frank and Cedric the Entertainer have finally shown that they value at least some of us. Do you two idiots really not understand why we are leaving in droves? Do you really believe it is about money? Do you know how little $2000 really is once taxes are taken out! As many vacancies as we have had, you could have given everyone of us a $5000 raise. If you really want to try to buy our loyalty then that would have been the best way to go! You two really are idiots! JUST LET US DO OUR JOB! The irony is that the rep in my District has no intention of staying. He is currently interviewing with Ashfield. Now that I know how valued I am I will be doing the same. What a shit hole of a place this has been.

Just spoke to someone in my District that was on a publicis contract first before moving over to this contract and they confirmed what you said. I'm totally speechless but not surprised.

Yes, those of use that were here from the start did get a $2000 increase and were directed not to share the information. Honestly it was kind of insulting raise. Got the usual story of how we are valued. Funny that last trimester, it was being suggested that we weren't doing our job because we were missing the call metrics. Obviously the turnover had everything to do with the unannounced raises. I don't know anyone that received the increase that is planning on staying. It just seems to be a totally mismanaged program. For those new to the organization, Publicis was never this way. Unfortunately losing AZ as a customer was devastating to the company. It's ashame the there was not someone from Publicis that could of overseen this contract. The NBD is in over his head and was an embarrassment at the meeting. Our ABL has stated that major changes are coming because Novartis is not happy with the pressure provided on execution and because of all the turnover. Was it right to only give a select group a raise? Probably not but this management team has shown that they lack good business sense.

Insulting.... All the raise did was compensate us for the car allowance that we have to pay now. We still are in a losing deal. The Tan Man and Cedric the Entertainer don't get it at all. None of us would have ever signed up for this gig had we known that we were required to do the same if not more work than the NVS reps while making 30% less than them. Turnover is going to continue until they get this back to what we had w/ the AZ contract, until them it's a revolving door. The best thing they can do is just shut the contract down and learn from their mistake. Most of the people I talk to don't even want to be rolled in they just either are going to leave or hope contract is not renewed.

After this past weeks ridiculous meeting, I'm so glad that I received the $2000 pay increase. I can use the little that is left over after taxes to pay my taxes. This company sucks, Cedric The Entertainer Sucks (As Frankie) and Novartis Sucks. I'll just keep entering my fake mileage, schedule lunches with my buddy offices where we can have a good time and discuss family, sports and not entresto and continue to work half days so that I can any job that will get me out of here. Sorry PTS but PDI LEADERSHIP OWNS INCOMPETENCY!

The reps that got the $2000 raise that were there 2 months longer than the September hires; does that mean the rest of us are due since it will be 2 months in April???

Does anyone really know the REAL reason why we never received an annual raise?

I was a DM on one of PDI's contracts back in '03. Nothing has changed folks but it looks like the atmosphere has gotten worse. Someone should have clued you in before taking a contract position with PDI/Publicis. Will wonders ever cease . . .

What are the car allowance rules? Does it have to be a certain kind of car or how old car the car be?
